- You’ll get an email introducing you to your Client Manager
- The Client Manager will reach out to schedule/confirm your intake time
- You’ll have a ~45 minute intake call for us to get everything we need to launch the search
On the intake you’ll want anyone who will be part of the decision-making process so that we can ensure all colleagues are on the same page, we get right to finding top talent, and we have no final-interview surprise requirements! 🙂
