I have dealt with a lot of recruiting firms, both as a candidate and as an employer, and TwiceAsNice is one of the most professional-yet-personable recruiters I have dealt with in a long time. They know the subject matter that they are recruiting for, they have valid, insightful questions and comments, and their communication is really solid. Highly recommended.
Horrible company. They keep calling me and calling me. At least 25 times. I haven't worked in HR in over two years. I tell them that every time, but they keep calling me. I don't even know where they got my name from. If they call again, I will file a complaint with the FTC. STOP CALLING!
I am quite happy and engaged at my current role and so alas, it took me a while to leave this review. Nevertheless, better late than never! Twice as nice is something else entirely in a good way. Efficient, caring and fun to talk to. You'd think this review was for some kind of care center or something but that's just how stark a contrast they are from all my recruiter experience so far. While some have been polite and some have been sort of timely, they truly pale in comparison. These people are the kind that would be fun at a company event or be with for coffee dates. You'd just be laughing and engaged the whole time. Twice as Nice is thrice as nice. They make sure you're not just another number in their list. I felt that from the moment my recruiter Sam started our correspondence. And Emily was just wonderful. The Twice as Nice approach is the kind of experience I hope my own kids have in the future when they need help with their careers.
Professionalism, timely response/ updates, guidance and a personal connection is what I would define my experince with Jana and Laurie.I belive these virtues runs within the organisation and the rest of the team is just as warm and friendly.Please keep it up, I was deeply impressed!!

A lot has changed in the world of job searching since the last time I needed to be in the work force pool of applicants. Working with TwiceAsNice was exactly what their name states. It was twice as nice to work with Charlyn and Michele during the application and interview process. They were friendly, prompt to reply and informative.
