THE ROLE

The client needed a Journeyman Electrician in one of the two states it served. They were prepared to pay competitively and had exciting opportunities for professional growth given the company’s growth and need to fill leadership gaps.

Beyond the overall challenge of finding Journeyman Electricians, depending on where the candidates were located, the role could require extensive weekly travel.

I am quite happy and engaged at my current role and so alas, it took me a while to leave this review. Nevertheless, better late than never! Twice as nice is something else entirely in a good way. Efficient, caring and fun to talk to. You'd think this review was for some kind of care center or something but that's just how stark a contrast they are from all my recruiter experience so far. While some have been polite and some have been sort of timely, they truly pale in comparison. These people are the kind that would be fun at a company event or be with for coffee dates.
